Target Help

From the User Accounts interface, you view, edit, add, or remove user accounts.  You can not remove the primary admin account but you can view and edit the account.  Adding additional user accounts is a convenient way for administrators to provide limited access to groups or users.

Add User: This allows the primary admin account the ability to add additional users or groups.
